Code of Conduct for Sachi: A Premium Childcare Network or Marketplace Utilizing Credentialed Educators
At sachi, we are committed to providing exceptional, safe, and high-quality in-home care for your children. We only work with experienced caregivers who are credentialed educators, ensuring that your family and child’s basic needs are not just met, but that you and your children experience the highest level of quality care.
To create a community that is a supportive space for all who join, we ask that both parents and educators respect the following code of conduct:
- Mutual Respect: We strive to create a positive, supportive and respectful environment for all members of our community. Parents and caregivers should communicate with each other in an open, communicative and professional manner, treating each other with kindness and empathy.
- Professionalism: Our caregivers are professionals, and we expect them to conduct themselves in a professional manner. This includes arriving on time, dressed appropriately, and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the care session.
- Safety and Trust: The safety of children is the top priority and goal for families and educators. Our caregivers are well-versed in best safety practices and required to provide certification of CPR/First Aid and California’s Mandated Reporter training.
- Confidentiality: We understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality when it comes to our families. We ask that our caregivers respect your privacy by maintaining confidentiality at all times, this includes avoiding sharing images and videos on social media.
- Respect for Teachers: Our providers are experienced, credentialed educators, and we ask that families show respect for their expertise and dedication. We encourage parents to communicate openly and honestly with our caregivers , sharing any pertinent information that will support them in providing the highest quality care for your children.
- Respect for House Rules: We ask that our care providers respect your household rules and routines. If you have any specific guidelines or expectations for your children or your home, please make sure to communicate them clearly to the babysitter.
- Honesty and Transparency: We expect our babysitters to be honest and transparent in their communication with parents. This includes reporting any incidents or issues that may arise during the babysitting session.
